Today at dinner I was peelin' an orange and I made it into a guy that ate too much.

Beef Butchering

The past two weeks we've been selling beef to people. We butcher it, hang it in the cooler, then cut it up, grind and package. sometimes I help grind the beef, and sometimes I cut the fat off and stuff with a fancy butcher knife. One time we processed 4 beef in one day.

Back to the daily 'grind'. ;D

Cory and Me

the other day  got a few pictures of Chorus and me. She kept movin' around so it was hard to get a good one. Once in a while she  would nuzzle me or stare at the camera and try to nibble it.

Have you ever tasted anything so magnificent, soft, buttery and sweet and full of goodness?

One year we made TWELVE batches. And I didn't even get tired of eating it. I guess I'm a true Viking.









   


We all take turns flipping them on the grill. And...... I normally turn them black because my cooking skills are AMAZING.







Mom rolled patties for four hours without stopping or complaining.

It Snowed

Howdy everyone! Guess what? It snowed! And the forecast doesn't want this 20 degree weather to go   Away, I guess.

My brothers and I sprayed water on the bottom of our sleds and let it freeze so they would be extra slippery.
